Your Role:
As a Team Leader Prospection, you will lead and optimize every stage of the outbound funnel. Your mission is to ensure seamless process execution while driving the team toward high-performance standards and consistent lead generation targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Talent Growth: Lead training, and performance reviews while driving AI adoption and digital tool proficiency for enhanced productivity.
Operational Excellence: Optimize daily workflows and supplier portfolio quality, ensuring zero mission overlap and strict adherence to procurement procedures.
Performance & Strategic Reporting: Monitor individual/collective KPIs and deliver actionable insights to leadership while managing team evaluations and knowledge management.
Cross-functional Synergy: Bridge the gap between Prospectors, Buyers, and Sourcing teams to ensure seamless collaboration and resolve supplier escalations.
Process Innovation: Guarantee compliance with internal regulations and deadlines while integrating global best practices into the prospection process.
What We’re Looking For:
Skills and Competencies:
Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in operations, Negotiation, Procurement management, or related field.
Experience: We strongly encourage candidates with a proven track record in Sourcing, Business Development, or Trading to apply. Leading team experience is required.
Leadership & Development: Ability to lead, mentor, and drive KPI-based performance while managing team evaluations and skill growth.
Operational Mastery: Expertise in prospection techniques, workflow optimization, and process compliance (internal regulations & ethical standards).
Digital Innovation: Tech-savvy in AI-based management tools and digital solutions to boost productivity.
Linguistic Proficiency: Fluency in English; Proficiency in French or additional languages are a plus.
