Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards set by The Old Saloon.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations and storage areas.
- Ensure all food items are prepared in a timely manner for service during peak hours.
- Monitor stock levels of ingredients and notify management of necessary reorders.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective service during busy periods.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new kitchen staff as needed.

Requirements
