Staff Testing Engineer (Fresh Graduates) - ATE.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. New test platform hardware development and testing
   1. Participate in architectural design
   2. New technology development and validation
   3. Prototype qualification, include function testing / GRR qualification / FA &improvement
   4. Standardize buyoff documentation
   5. Fabrication quality control
   6. Deliver to customer in oversea
2. Offline tester development
   1. Testing method development
   2. Option for mechanism design, including 3D/2D drawing, BOM
   3. Prototype qualification, include function testing / GRR qualification / FA &improvement
   4. Standardize buyoff documentation
   5. Standardize operation documentation
   6. Deliver to customer in oversea
3. Mass production supporting
   1. Standardize incoming parts checking process & criteria
   2. Oversea travel to support mass production failure analysis
   3. New technology implementation in mass production
   4. Yield improvement
4. Vendor quality control
   1. Standardize work instruction
   2. Standardize tester checking process and criteria
   3. Routine vendor visit

REQUIRED:

• Master degree or above in mechanical engineering / materials engineering / automatic control engineering
• Knowledge/experience on mechanical design, TSA, material, FMEA, mechanical vibration, and Microsoft office skilfully

PREFERRED:

• Prefer mechanism design experience
• Prefer quality control
• Prefer HDD industry experience
• Prefer vibration & noise testing and signal processing experience
• Prefer software development with Labview

SKILLS

• High flexibility under various conditions; Uses professional concepts in accordance with company objectives to solve complex problems in creative and effective ways;
• Good at data analysis, prefer JMP / Matlab
• Good team player, highly motivated and possessing a sense of urgency, capable of working independently
• Good English written / verbal and communication skills
