In this role, you will collaborate and influence across People & Culture (P&C) Chapters and AoPs to maintain global governance, evaluate recruitment systems for continuous improvement within your respective tags, and drive regional compliance and operational excellence. Your opportunity Drive global process alignment: Lead the implementation, governance, and continuous harmonization of global recruiting standards across assigned regions and functional domains. Champion continuous improvement: Identify bottlenecks, evaluate local compliance needs, and design scalable process enhancements that improve overall talent acquisition efficiency. Lead cross-functional collaboration: Partner with regional recruiting leaders and global People & Culture teams across time zones to optimize handoffs and shared workflows. Ensure operational integrity: Act as a key steward for recruiting compliance, internal controls, and data quality checks in close partnership with internal and external audit partners. Monitor data trends and actionable insights to guide leadership decisions and implement targeted remediation plans. Foster an agile, collaborative culture: Coach and influence diverse cross-functional teams without direct hierarchy, championing experimentation, active learning, and mutual trust. Who You Are Experienced project & operations leader: You bring 8+ years of proven experience driving project management, process optimization, or P&C operations within complex global organizations. Systems thinker & analytical problem solver: You translate complex data and operational insights into scalable, tech-enabled solutions that streamline workflows and enhance efficiency. Effective communicator: You communicate clearly, concisely, and empathetically in English (both spoken and written), bringing diverse stakeholders along on change initiatives. Passionate about talent operations: You have an academic background in business, P&C, or related fields (or equivalent practical experience), ideally paired with insights into recruitment workflows and candidate touchpoints.
