We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in customizing, developing, and implementing CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM, customization, integrations, and workflow automation, with the ability to deliver scalable solutions that meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
- Configure and customize CRM entities, tables, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, and workflows.
- Develop custom plugins, custom workflow activities, and business logic using C# and .NET.
- Develop and customize client-side functionality using JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Design, develop, and integrate REST APIs and third-party applications with Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Work with Power Platform components, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Implement business process flows, workflows, and automation to improve business operations.
- Develop and maintain integrations using Dataverse APIs and Dynamics 365 Web API.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues related to CRM functionality and integrations.
- Optimize CRM performance and ensure data integrity and security.
- Participate in solution design, technical documentation, testing, and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Technical Requirements
- 4–6 years of professional experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
- Solid knowledge of Dynamics 365 customization and configuration.
- Strong programming experience with C# and .NET Framework.
- Experience developing plugins and custom workflow activities.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript for client-side customization.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dataverse and Dynamics 365 Web API.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and system integrations.
- Knowledge of Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Experience with FetchXML, QueryExpression, and SQL.
- Familiarity with solution management, customization, and deployment across different environments.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and version control systems.
- Understanding of CRM security roles, business units, and access management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
- Experience with Power Pages and Power BI.
- Knowledge of Azure services and Azure Functions.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, or Field Service modules.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
