Serves meals and beverages to patrons in dining establishment by performing the following duties:
As a Server, you will:
- Greet guests, present menus, and explain daily specials.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
- Serve meals and beverages promptly while following proper service standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests or concerns professionally.
- Clear and reset tables and maintain a clean, welcoming dining area.
- Process guest checks and payments accurately.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, allergen, and resort procedures.
- Complete assigned side work and other duties as needed.

As a Server, you will bring:
- 3–6 months of customer service, food handling, or serving experience required.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards, food safety, sanitation, and allergen procedures.
- Ability to accurately take orders, operate a POS system, handle payments, and perform basic math.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Basic knowledge of responsible alcohol service; TIPS or equivalent certification preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and occasionally lift, push, pull, or move up to 40 pounds.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts as needed.
