CBH Rentals, the multifamily and rental housing division of CBH Homes, is hiring a Graphic Designer & Social
Media Content Specialist to join our marketing team!
This position is dedicated to marketing our rental communities, apartments, and multifamily properties — not
new-home sales.
You’ll help bring our rental communities to life through graphic design, social media, digital advertising, and email
marketing. Your work will focus on attracting prospective renters, supporting leasing efforts, increasing community
awareness, and showcasing what makes our rental communities great places to live.

As part of the CBH Rentals marketing team, you’ll create exciting marketing materials and digital content for our
growing portfolio of multifamily and rental communities. From launching new apartment communities to promoting
available rentals, showcasing amenities, and supporting leasing campaigns, your creativity will help more people
discover the CBH Rentals experience!

Requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Graphic Design
• Create property-specific flyers, signs, banners, digital ads, presentations, social graphics, email graphics, website
assets, swag, and other print and digital materials.
• Design campaigns promoting rental availability, apartment amenities, property tours, leasing specials, and
community events.
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets.
• Manage projects from concept through completion, including mockups, revisions, and final production.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Events, rental and property management teams, vendors, and the Creative Director.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and quality.
Social Media
• Own and manage the CBH Rentals social media content calendar, including planning, creation, scheduling, and
publishing.
• Create engaging, on-brand content showcasing rental communities, available homes and apartments, amenities,
resident experiences, and community lifestyles.
• Support marketing campaigns that generate rental inquiries, property tours, and leasing activity.
• Manage comments, messages, and Facebook Events.
• Monitor trends, competitors, and emerging platforms to identify opportunities.
• Track engagement, reach, impressions, follower growth, and other KPIs; adjust strategy based on performance.
• Use Hootsuite or similar social media management tools.
Email Marketing
• Plan, design, and execute eblast/email campaigns supporting rental community launches, leasing promotions,
seasonal initiatives, resident events, and marketing priorities.
• Manage email content and creative from concept through deployment.
• Use Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) and/or other email marketing platforms.
• Monitor email performance and use insights to improve future campaigns.
Qualifications
• Experience or strong foundational knowledge in graphic design, marketing, social media, or email marketing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Hootsuite, and email marketing platforms.
• Understanding of branding, digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and web content; SEO knowledge is a
plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent eye for design and attention to detail.
• Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Self-starter who is adaptable, receptive to feedback, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work on both PC and Mac.
• Full-time, in-office position at our headquarters in Meridian, Idaho.
