Job Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate administrative tasks, including document management and correspondence Assist in the preparation of reports other documents. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing excellent customer service. Train and support admin staff, ensuring efficient office operations. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Assist in guest inquiries or concerns in a timely, professional manner. Complete additional tasks assigned by Office Manager. Critical Skills & Experience Requirements Prior experience in an administrative role with supervisory responsibilities. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in office software and tools, including Microsoft Office. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks. Knowledge of office procedures and administrative best practices. Topgolf operates seven days a week, including holidays. This position will primarily support AM/daytime operations; however, flexible availability Monday through Sunday is required, including weekends and holidays based on business needs. PM availability is also necessary for training, team support, and occasional operational coverage, anticipated to be approximately twice per month. Candidates must be comfortable with schedule adjustments to support venue operations and Admin Team needs. Pay range $20-$22 per hour. BENEFITS Free Play & 1/2 price food!
