Dein Schwerpunkt liegt auf der eigenständigen Durchführung von Batch-Prozessen im Technikums- und Labormaßstab sowie der Herstellung magnetischer Partikel und Chromatographiematerialien unter Einhaltung der GMP-Richtlinien. Dabei arbeitest Du sowohl praktisch an unseren Anlagen als auch an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Produktionsprozesse mit. Deine Aufgaben beinhalten Chemische Produktionen im Batch-Verfahren führst Du eigenständig im Technikums- und Labormaßstab durch. Magnetische Partikel und Chromatographiematerialien stellst Du unter Einhaltung der geltenden GMP-Richtlinien her. SPS-gesteuerte Anlagen bedienst und überwachst Du während der Produktionsprozesse. Bei der Überführung neuer Prozesse in die Produktion bringst Du Dich aktiv ein und unterstützt bei der Optimierung bestehender Arbeitsabläufe. Inprozesskontrollen, beispielsweise die Bestimmung von pH-Wert, Leitfähigkeit und Restfeuchtegehalt, gehören ebenfalls zu Deinem Verantwortungsbereich. Dein Profil Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Chemikant:in, Chemisch-technische:r Assistent:in (CTA) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation bildet Deine fachliche Grundlage. Erfahrung in der chemischen oder pharmazeutischen Produktion, idealerweise in einem GMP-regulierten Umfeld, ist von Vorteil. Kenntnisse in MS Office bringst Du für Deine tägliche Arbeit mit. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sind für die Position erforderlich. Englischkenntnisse sind wünschenswert und runden Dein Profil ab.
