This includes managing Sales Contracts, updating Salesforce (SFDC), reporting, tracking, and providing administrative assistance. Your duties include: Checking inventory and documenting all signed QIAGEN Sales Contracts (both within and outside of SFDC) Researching and analyzing statutes, agreements, and terms and conditions of sales contracts, then providing written reports to the manager and stakeholders Gaining a clear understanding of contracts, and if necessary, interviewing sales teams or relevant contacts about the sales contracts you're working on Organizing, retrieving, and preparing sales contracts, including attachments, related emails, tasks, discussions, and any other pertinent documents to fill in missing data and code it in SFDC Entering and cleaning sales contract data in SFDC Ensuring pricing schedules are accurate and follow established SOPs Collaborating with relevant parties as needed Coordinating with the legal team for advice on specific terms in sales contracts, when required Updating and maintaining SFDC based on business needs Creating reports from SFDC and/or SAP Performing any other related tasks as assigned Prepares compliance reports (Excel proficient).
