We boldly go. Where is the work: On-Site (5 days) Pour soutenir notre croissance, nous recrutons un(e) Chargé(e) de Planification et Coordination pour le secteur du Data Center F/H. Au sein de notre bureau de Bagneux (92), vos missions sont les suivantes : Recevoir et gérer les appels clients, Planifier les interventions des techniciens, les renseigner sur les travaux planifiés ou les mettre en relation avec un correspondant pouvant les renseigner sur le plan technique. Assurer la préparation des chantiers : pièces et services externes, Gestion de sous-traitant et des approvisionnements, Revu des rapports d’interventions des techniciens et gérer les mouvements de stock, Planifier et contrôler les interventions avec le service, Participer au développement de la polyvalence des techniciens. Votre profil : Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'un Bac +2, Vous avez déjà une première expérience dans la planification et le suivi logistique d’interventions, Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques, Vous êtes à l'aise à l’oral et êtes sensibilisé(e) à l’accueil et au service client, Vous êtes doté(e) d'un bon relationnel, êtes dynamique et avez le sens des priorités.
