What you’ll be doing
- Leading the day-to-day hospitality operation
- Planning service across meetings, events and functions
- Leading, motivating and developing the hospitality team
- Building strong relationships with clients, customers and key stakeholders
- Maintaining excellent food, beverage, presentation and service standards
- Managing labour, stock, costs and operational controls
- Supporting menus, events and service innovation
- Ensuring food safety, allergen, health and safety and company standards are maintained
What we’re looking for
- Experience managing hospitality, events or high-quality food and beverage service
- A confident, warm and professional leadership style
- Strong planning, organisation and attention to detail
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills
- Commercial awareness and confidence managing operational priorities
- A passion for developing people and delivering exceptional service
- A positive, hands-on and solutions-focused approach
