Core Job duties:
Greeting Visitors: Warmly welcoming guests as they enter the office via our web based system, ensuring they are directed to the right person or department.
Answering Phone Calls: Handling incoming calls, providing information, and transferring calls to the appropriate department or personnel.
Scheduling Appointments: Managing calendars, booking meetings, and ensuring that appointments are organized.
Administrative Support: Performing tasks like data entry, filing, and handling correspondence (emails, mail, etc.).
Other projects as needed
- Previous experience with medical software packages
- Medical office experience preferred
- Microsoft office proficiency
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $18.00 an Hour. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
