Company ALPINE RACING SAS Job Description La Direction Prestation, Simulations et Contrôle d'Alpine Racing est à la recherche de son/sa futur(e) stagiaire CFD moteur pour une durée de 6 mois pour un début à partir de Janvier 2027. Description /Missions Missions principales : L’objectif du stage est de développer et d’intégrer une méthode d’optimisation automatique, fondée sur l’optimisation bayésienne, afin d’identifier des géométries de chambres de combustion offrant les meilleures performances au regard de critères prédéfinis. Le stage s’appuiera sur deux briques déjà disponibles : des modèles CAO moteur robustes et entièrement paramétriques, permettant de faire varier automatiquement les principaux paramètres géométriques, et un workflow automatisé assurant la préparation, l’exécution et le post-traitement de simulations CFD réalisées avec CONVERGE. Le stagiaire aura pour mission de compléter cette chaîne en développant une stratégie capable de piloter de manière autonome les différentes étapes du processus d’optimisation. À partir des résultats des simulations déjà réalisées, l’algorithme devra construire et mettre à jour un modèle prédictif, évaluer les compromis entre l’exploration de nouvelles zones de l’espace de conception et l’amélioration des solutions les plus prometteuses, puis proposer la géométrie suivante à simuler. La chaîne devra ensuite modifier automatiquement les paramètres CAO, générer le nouveau cas de calcul, lancer la simulation CFD, analyser les résultats obtenus et réinjecter ces informations dans la boucle d’optimisation. Le travail comprendra notamment le choix et l’implémentation de la méthode d’optimisation bayésienne, son couplage avec les outils CAO et CFD existants, ainsi que l’évaluation de sa robustesse et de son efficacité. La méthode sera d’abord appliquée à l’optimisation de géométries de chambres de combustion, puis pourra être étendue à d’autres composants du moteur. Profil : Etudiant ingénieur en dernière année d’études Compétences en CAO, idéalement Catia. Compétences en mécaniques des fluides. Connaissance des outils de calculs CFD Bonne maîtrise de python ou autre langage de programmation. Connaissances des outils machine learning. Les plus de ce stage Manipulation d’outils CFD aéro-combustion avancés. Participation à la mise en place d’une stratégie d’optimisation mêlant IA et CFD et devant permettre d’accélérer significativement l’optimisation des chambres de combustion.
