- Relevant academic qualifications combined with substantial professional experience in one or more of the disciplines listed above.
- Experience delivering complex capital projects within semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, pharmaceutical, clean room, data centre, industrial, or other highly regulated environments is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of construction-to-operations activities, including equipment installation, utility hook-up, commissioning, testing, and ramp-up.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary and international teams.
- A proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced and complex project environments.
- Commitment to working on-site and travelling across Germany to support the successful delivery of major projects.
