This position reports to: Ředitel technologie __ We are looking for a technically oriented colleague who will be involved in introducing new products and technologies into production. In this role, you will actively contribute to the optimization of manufacturing processes, participate in developing technological procedures, design assembly fixtures, and collaborate with the R&D team. Work model: onsite This role is contributing to the ELSB Division. Job Responsibilities: Introducing new manufacturing technologies and monitoring technological trends Solving technological issues in production in cooperation with Quality, R&D, and other departments Collaborating with R&D on the introduction of new products into serial production Creating and updating technological procedures, work instructions, and guidelines Designing and cooperating on the development of assembly fixtures Participating in projects focused on increasing efficiency and production optimization Working with internal documentation, technical standards, and regulations Communicating with suppliers of manufacturing technologies and equipment Requirements: Secondary or university education in a technical field (electrical, mechanical, or related) Ability to read and understand technical documentation Proficiency in MS Office and CAD systems English at a level sufficient for working with technical documentation and everyday email communication (B1–B2) Analytical and technical thinking, with a proactive and independent approach to problem-solving Strong teamwork and communication skills across departments Experience in manufacturing engineering or technological preparation of production is an advantage Benefits: Flexible working hours Option to work from home (Home Office) with a financial contribution Annual financial bonus 25 days of vacation Annual salary review Opportunity for further career growth in the Czech Republic and worldwide MultiSport card Meal allowance Contribution to the benefits portal (2-3% of monthly salary) Opportunity for education – internal/external professional courses, language courses, and conferences Company events (Christmas party, team buildings, family days, and more) Assistance line – professional psychological counseling Additional leave for extraordinary life events and support for expectant parents Discounts on ABB electrical installation materials Discounts with our partners (electronics, gastronomy, car purchases, train travel, etc.) More about us: ABB Smart Buildings enables optimization of energy efficiency, safety, security and comfort for any building type, through new installations or retrofit solutions.
