WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Ensure DC operations comply with standards and local regulations,
- Maintain the DC facility and infrastructure in optimal condition,
- Achieve DC goals and action plans,
- Supervise new investments and projects,
- Understand and manage contract and tender requirements,
- Coordinate supervision of external contractors on-site,
- Ensure external contractors fulfill obligations and agreements.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation for DC installations and equipment,
- Collaborate closely with the Security & Safety Manager to develop a unified approach to DC issues,
- Initiate sustainable processes and review existing systems from a sustainability perspective,
- Manage budgeting processes for Facility and MHE, working with the DC Manager,
- Supervise training of subordinate employees in all relevant areas, including facility maintenance.
