As a Buyer, you will play a key role in developing sourcing strategies, strengthening supplier partnerships, and ensuring the best balance between cost, quality, service, and sustainability. Working closely with Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, and Quality teams, you will contribute directly to the company's performance and long-term success. Your Impact – What You'll Do Drive strategic sourcing activities by identifying, selecting, and developing suppliers that support business objectives. Lead commercial negotiations to secure competitive costs, optimal service levels, and long-term value creation. Build strong supplier partnerships while monitoring performance, mitigating risks, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate across functions to support new projects, innovation, operational excellence, and supply continuity. Leverage data and procurement tools to enhance decision-making, improve performance, and ensure compliance with company standards. Qualifications: What You Bring – Your Skills & Experience Experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or Supply Chain within an industrial or manufacturing environment. Strong negotiation, supplier management, and analytical skills. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and international environment. Knowledge of SAP and procurement tools, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Professional communication skills in English and French.
