We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong ownership, operational discipline, problem-solving ability, and customer focus. Previous experience in freight forwarding, logistics, ocean freight, or LCL operations is preferred. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end operational execution of LCL shipments in Indonesia. Coordinate shipment activities with customers, CFS/warehouse operations, vendors, carriers, and internal stakeholders. Ensure timely and accurate shipment coordination, documentation, milestone updates, and shipment visibility. Communicate shipment status and operational updates to customers and stakeholders. Support billing readiness and ensure shipment files are completed accurately. Handle shipment exceptions, operational issues, and service recovery activities. Deliver reliable shipment execution and a strong customer experience. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in LCL Operations, Freight Forwarding, Ocean Freight, or related logistics operations. Experience handling Ocean Freight shipments within a freight forwarding environment. Good understanding of Import and Export processes and shipment documentation. Familiarity with CargoWise or other freight forwarding systems. Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment and manage multiple priorities. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset. Ability to build effective working relationships with customers, carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
