Role Title – Staff Data Engineer Business Unit– Corp Tech Location- Bangalore- Manyata tech Park Impact and Contributions: We are seeking Staff Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data platforms that enable analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with data engineers, software engineers, business stakeholders, and data analysts to deliver high-quality, reliable, and secure data solutions. Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership Provide technical leadership and guidance across data engineering teams. Define and drive enterprise data architecture, standards, and best practices. Lead the design and implementation of scalable data platforms, pipelines, and frameworks. Review solution designs and ensure alignment with architectural principles Data Platform Engineering Design and build highly scalable batch and real-time data processing solutions. Develop and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines using modern cloud-native technologies. Cloud & Modern Data Architecture Design cloud-native data solutions leveraging AWS services Governance, Security & Compliance Implement data governance, metadata management, lineage, and data quality practices. AI & Advanced Analytics Enablement Build trusted data foundations to support AI, machine learning, and Generative AI initiatives. Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Software Engineering, or Platform Engineering. Strong programming skills in:Python/Java/Scala Strong experience with AWS cloud services.
