  • Lead project teams and establish appropriate project execution strategies, ensuring effective handovers, planning, monitoring, and control.

  • Coordinate internal and external resources to achieve project objectives and contractual commitments.

  • Coach project staff, provide performance feedback, and support their professional development.

  • Mentor project execution teams through formal and informal development initiatives.

  • - Project Execution and Performance Management

  • Ensure projects follow established execution best practices, organizational policies, and contractual requirements.

  • Monitor project progress, resource utilization, and overall delivery performance.

  • Oversee project financials, including invoicing status, costs, expenses, cash flow, and achievement of financial targets.

  • Identify, assess, quantify, and manage project risks while ensuring potential opportunities are recognized and pursued.

  • Capture, analyze, and share lessons learned throughout project execution.

  • Ensure formal project acceptance, contractual close-out, and customer acknowledgment are completed as agreed.

  • - Planning, Scheduling, and Risk Management

  • Ensure project teams develop and maintain comprehensive scope, financial, schedule, and risk management plans.

  • Oversee planning activities to ensure resources, timelines, and deliverables remain aligned with project objectives.

  • Monitor execution capacity and take action to address potential resource or delivery gaps.

  • - Contract, Claims, and Procurement Management

  • Ensure effective contract and claims management in accordance with organizational policies and contractual agreements.

  • Oversee procurement activities for project services, materials, and equipment from internal and external suppliers.

  • Ensure procurement requirements are properly coordinated and fulfilled by assigned resources.

  • - Client and Stakeholder Relations

  • Act as the primary customer contact and escalation point for project-related issues.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Communicate project progress, challenges, risks, and decisions effectively across all stakeholder groups.

  • Support business development by identifying client opportunities and contributing to proposals and project pursuits.

  • - Project Recovery and Continuous Improvement

  • Lead recovery initiatives for projects experiencing performance or delivery challenges.

  • Conduct rapid project assessments and implement turnaround strategies.

  • Participate in project reviews, organizational project management assessments, and competency evaluations.

  • Contribute to the development and improvement of internal policies, procedures, and work instructions.

  • Identify relevant project management practices and promote continuous improvement across the organization.

  • Participate in internal and external project management councils, expert groups, and professional forums.

  • - Budgeting, Business Planning, and HSE

  • Participate in budgeting activities alongside management.

  • Contribute to Sales and Operations Planning in collaboration with management and business development teams.

  • Ensure projects comply with applicable health, safety, and environmental requirements.
