FULL TIMEREMOTESENIOR LEVELPRODUCT

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Program Manager – Data & Analytics based in the United States.

The Senior Program Manager will drive operational excellence and coordinated execution across a growing Data & Analytics organization. This role establishes the frameworks, processes, and governance needed to help analytics, data engineering, and platform teams deliver consistently against business priorities. Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, the successful candidate will turn strategic objectives into actionable plans, measurable outcomes, and clear delivery commitments. The position combines hands-on program management, portfolio oversight, executive communication, and continuous improvement. It offers the opportunity to shape organizational operations, strengthen accountability, and improve delivery predictability in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. This is a fully remote, full-time opportunity open to candidates across the United States.

Accountabilities:

    • Establish and maintain an integrated portfolio of Data & Analytics initiatives, projects, milestones, and organizational commitments.

    • Coordinate delivery across analytics, data engineering, platform engineering, product, and other business functions.

    • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, resource considerations, and delivery milestones.

    • Identify delivery risks, competing priorities, and organizational bottlenecks, driving resolution or timely escalation.

    • Translate organizational priorities into actionable plans with clear ownership, expectations, and measurable outcomes.

    • Establish and manage operating routines, including project reviews, action tracking, progress reporting, and follow-through.

    • Monitor commitments, identify execution gaps, coordinate corrective actions, and maintain visibility into project health and blockers.

    • Build practical, repeatable processes that improve accountability, execution consistency, and delivery predictability.

    • Lead tactical communications across initiatives, including project updates, milestone reporting, operational changes, and stakeholder coordination.

    • Prepare portfolio updates, executive reports, presentations, and briefing materials that communicate progress, risks, and organizational performance.

    • Surface emerging issues and decisions requiring leadership attention, providing context, impact assessments, and recommendations.

    • Partner with senior leadership on strategic communications, executive messaging, and stakeholder engagements.

    • Establish structured intake, triage, and prioritization processes for incoming work.

    • Coordinate demand and delivery commitments by evaluating workload, available capacity, resource allocation, and strategic priorities.

    • Improve operating processes, tools, standards, management routines, and operational performance metrics.

    • Identify opportunities to reduce administrative overhead, eliminate redundant processes, and strengthen cross-team coordination.

    • Support organizational planning, quarterly priorities, strategic initiatives, and operational transformation efforts.

    • Requirements:

      • At least 8 years of experience in program management, technical project management, business operations, or related roles, including ownership of complex cross-functional initiatives.

      • Demonstrated success establishing and managing program operations in fast-moving, technically complex organizations.

      • Experience working with data, analytics, software engineering, technology platforms, or related technical functions.

      • Strong organizational and execution skills, with the ability to independently manage competing priorities, dependencies, and deadlines.

      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including operational reporting, executive presentation development, and stakeholder coordination.

      • Proven ability to influence outcomes, challenge assumptions, and drive accountability without direct reporting authority.

      • Strong working knowledge of project and portfolio management tools, methodologies, and operational performance metrics.

      • Ability to translate ambiguous leadership objectives into structured plans, deliverables, and execution routines.

      • Strong analytical judgment and the ability to synthesize complex operational information into actionable insights and recommendations.

      • Experience supporting enterprise data platforms, business intelligence, analytics, or data product organizations is preferred.

      • Background establishing program management or operational governance capabilities in growing or transforming organizations is an advantage.

      • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and modern project management and collaboration tools is preferred.

      • Experience in healthcare, financial services, or other complex, regulated business environments is beneficial.

      • Benefits:

        • Work arrangement: Fully remote, with eligibility across the United States.

        • Employment type: Full-time.

        • Professional impact: Opportunity to shape operating practices and delivery governance across a Data & Analytics organization.

        • Cross-functional exposure: Direct collaboration with senior leadership and teams across analytics, engineering, product, and business functions.

        • Career development: Opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives, organizational transformation, and continuous improvement.

        • Salary and additional benefits: Compensation, healthcare coverage, paid time off, and other benefits are not specified in the provided job description.
