Senior Campaign Manager, Sports & Entertainment.

FULL TIMEREMOTESENIOR LEVELSALES & MARKETING

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Campaign Manager, Sports & Entertainment based in the United States.

This is a fully remote opportunity for an experienced influencer marketing professional to lead end-to-end creator campaigns within the sports and entertainment sectors. You will primarily manage one client account, taking ownership of campaign delivery, creator casting, negotiations, contracts, content quality, and performance. Working closely with clients and internal campaign, strategy, and solutions teams, you will help shape evolving briefs and deliver measurable results. The role combines commercial accountability, cultural insight, and creative judgment in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. You will use influencer marketing platforms, analytics, and AI tools to streamline workflows and improve campaign outcomes. This position requires availability from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, regardless of your location, with occasional weekend work when campaign reviews require it.

Accountabilities:

    • Own the day-to-day delivery and performance of assigned influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet agreed client objectives and timelines.

    • Identify, cast, negotiate with, and contract creators, with particular attention to sports betting and fantasy sports experience, while managing rates, budgets, and usage rights.

    • Monitor campaign reach, engagement, CPV, and CPM performance, adjusting creator selection and budget allocation to maintain agreed targets.

    • Develop culturally relevant creator shortlists, translate client briefs into effective search criteria, and identify emerging talent beyond familiar creator networks.

    • Prepare clear creator briefs and scripts, review content thoroughly, and maintain high-quality standards before client submission.

    • Manage the full campaign lifecycle through influencer marketing platforms, including discovery, outreach, contracting, payments, and reporting.

    • Use AI tools for research, outreach, and brief development while validating outputs for accuracy, relevance, and quality.

    • Keep clients proactively informed through clear performance updates, manage expectations, identify risks early, and recommend practical solutions.

    • Provide direction and constructive feedback to campaign team members while building effective relationships with creators and internal stakeholders.

    • Scope and price additional campaign requests, such as link-in-bio placements and reposts, before confirming delivery.

    • Requirements:

      • At least 5 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or campaign management.

      • Strong understanding of the end-to-end influencer campaign lifecycle, from creator discovery and casting through execution, reporting, and optimization.

      • Hands-on experience with influencer marketing platforms for creator discovery, outreach, campaign management, and reporting.

      • Demonstrated experience negotiating creator rates and managing contracts, including usage rights.

      • Experience managing client relationships and communicating campaign performance, ideally for enterprise clients.

      • Campaign experience in sports betting and fantasy sports, supported by strong knowledge of US culture and creator communities.

      • Strong commercial and analytical skills, including the ability to monitor campaign metrics, manage budgets, and optimize performance.

      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to remain composed during challenging client conversations.

      • Experience working in complex, fast-moving environments such as agencies or technology startups, with the flexibility to adapt as priorities evolve.

      • Ability to provide clear team direction, share honest performance reporting, and collaborate effectively across departments.

      • Confidence using AI tools in daily workflows, with the judgment to review and validate generated outputs.

      • Mandatory availability from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, regardless of location.

      • Flexibility to work occasional weekends when needed to progress campaign concepts or content reviews.

      • Must meet applicable compliance requirements, including being at least 21 years old and satisfying relevant state regulations, and complete a conflict-of-interest check relating to competitors.

      • Benefits:

        • Fully remote working arrangement, offering flexibility to work from a location that supports your productivity.

        • 25 days of paid time off, in addition to bank holidays.

        • Three additional wellness days and paid sick leave.

        • Annual learning and development budget.

        • Annual bonus scheme recognizing strong performance and contributions.

        • Healthcare coverage for US-based team members.
