Right of Way Senior Project Analyst.

FULL TIMEREMOTESENIOR LEVELDEVOPS & INFRA$76K–100K/YR

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Right of Way Senior Project Analyst based in the United States.

We are seeking an experienced Right of Way Senior Project Analyst to oversee project workflows and support the successful delivery of complex land acquisition and infrastructure initiatives. In this role, you will coordinate daily operations across multiple projects, working closely with Right of Way agents, customer outreach specialists, project managers, and senior leadership. You will monitor project schedules, budgets, acquisition processes, and performance metrics while ensuring teams remain aligned with key deadlines. Combining project management expertise with strong stakeholder communication, you will identify potential challenges and proactively drive practical solutions. You will also contribute to strategic planning and business development activities, helping strengthen client relationships and support future opportunities. This remote opportunity offers the chance to take ownership of important projects within a collaborative, multidisciplinary professional environment.

Accountabilities

You will provide operational oversight and coordination across Right of Way projects, ensuring efficient workflows, quality standards, and timely delivery. Working with internal teams, external stakeholders, and leadership, your responsibilities will include:

    • Oversee daily project workflows, including initial project kickoffs, performance metrics, and coordination across internal teams.

    • Coordinate multiple Right of Way projects, developing and updating project plans to monitor acquisition processes and maintain progress toward key milestones.

    • Work closely with Right of Way agents, customer outreach specialists, project managers, and senior project managers to ensure project deadlines and objectives are achieved.

    • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders throughout project due diligence and construction activities.

    • Participate in Right of Way project planning alongside senior leadership, contributing operational insights and recommendations.

    • Prepare project tracking reports, reconcile databases, and monitor schedules and budgets to ensure projects remain on track.

    • Review work produced by team members to maintain quality standards and ensure consistency across project deliverables.

    • Identify potential changes in project scope, processes, or timelines and take initiative to resolve issues before they affect delivery.

    • Communicate project updates, priorities, and potential risks to relevant stakeholders.

    • Support business development initiatives and identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and expand project engagements.

    • Contribute to broader organizational objectives by promoting collaboration, breaking down operational silos, and maintaining high standards of client service.

    • Requirements

The ideal candidate combines hands-on project management experience with strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. You should be comfortable coordinating several time-sensitive initiatives, working independently, and engaging confidently with stakeholders at all levels. The following qualifications are expected:

      • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.

      • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in professional services, project management, or a related environment.

      • Professional real estate license in the applicable state, or the ability to obtain one within 90 days of hire.

      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

      • Strong understanding of project coordination, workflow management, scheduling, and budget monitoring.

      • Basic knowledge of financial reports and performance metrics.

      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams, leadership, clients, and external partners.

      • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and time-sensitive assignments.

      • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to anticipate challenges and resolve problems independently.

      • Strong sense of urgency, accountability, and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

      • Ability to operate autonomously with limited direction while knowing when to seek guidance on complex assignments.

      • Business development and marketing awareness, with the ability to identify opportunities and support client relationship growth.

      • Collaborative approach and commitment to contributing to broader organizational goals.

      • Professionalism, adaptability, and a strong work ethic.

      • Benefits

        • Annual salary range of $76,000–$100,000, depending on experience.

        • Eligible variable compensation, where applicable.

        • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.

        • Life and disability insurance.

        • 401(k) retirement savings plan with company matching.

        • Paid time off, sick leave, and paid holidays.

        • Tuition reimbursement and professional development support.

        • Discretionary bonuses and other performance-based incentives.

        • Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

        • Wellness initiatives and employee discounts.

        • Remote work opportunity.
