Engagement Marketing Lead.

FULL TIMEREMOTESENIOR LEVELSALES & MARKETING$95K–131K/MO

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Engagement Marketing Lead based in the United States.

As an Engagement Marketing Lead, you will play a pivotal role in developing and scaling marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, member registration, and service utilization. You will design repeatable marketing frameworks, operating models, and scalable programs that deliver consistent results across a diverse portfolio of customers. Working at the intersection of marketing, customer success, operations, and analytics, you will transform successful individual initiatives into efficient, standardized solutions. You will leverage data, automation, and customer insights to optimize communication strategies and improve engagement outcomes. This role offers an opportunity to build scalable marketing systems that reach hundreds of customers while maintaining quality and personalization. You will join a collaborative, growth-oriented environment where strategic thinking, innovation, and measurable impact are highly valued.

Accountabilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable marketing operating models and frameworks that enable consistent, high-quality engagement programs across commercial and large customer segments.
  • Create standardized member engagement playbooks and B2B2C marketing strategies tailored to customer size, industry, relationship maturity, and product configuration.
  • Equip Customer Marketing Managers and Customer Success teams with practical, ready-to-use resources and processes that eliminate the need to build individual campaigns from scratch.
  • Partner with Member Marketing, Customer Success, Workforce Transformation, Creative, Operations, and Analytics teams to develop automated and trigger-based communication programs that increase member registration and service utilization.
  • Lead the development and management of a centralized library of customizable, brand-aligned marketing assets, templates, and toolkits in collaboration with creative and content teams.
  • Establish measurement frameworks, tracking methodologies, and reporting processes to evaluate the effectiveness of scaled marketing initiatives across multiple customer accounts.
  • Analyze campaign performance and engagement data to identify opportunities for optimization, experimentation, and continuous improvement, determining which initiatives should be expanded, refined, or discontinued.
  • Own and continuously improve the marketing tools, templates, workflows, and operational systems that support efficient execution as the customer portfolio expands.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment between marketing strategies, customer needs, and organizational objectives.
  • Promote scalable, repeatable approaches that balance operational efficiency with relevant and effective customer engagement.
  • Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of professional marketing experience, including demonstrated success building, standardizing, or scaling marketing programs across multiple customer segments or accounts.
  • Experience in B2B2C marketing or consumer healthcare environments is an advantage.
  • Strong systems-thinking and process-design capabilities, with a proven ability to develop scalable operating models, standardized playbooks, and repeatable marketing solutions rather than focusing exclusively on individual campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with experience evaluating marketing performance across multiple accounts and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement processes that improve marketing efficiency, engagement, and overall program performance.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working effectively alongside Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, Analytics, and other business teams.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, influence stakeholders, and facilitate the adoption of new processes and ways of working.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities, including experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives, coordinating stakeholders, and meeting deadlines.
  • Familiarity with business and marketing technology platforms such as Salesforce, Gainsight, Highspot, and/or Jira.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and select appropriate methods and strategies in a changing business environment.
  • Adaptability and comfort operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities may evolve and new challenges require practical, innovative solutions.
  • A strategic and collaborative mindset, with a passion for building marketing systems that deliver measurable results at scale.
  • Benefits:

  • Competitive annual base salary: $95,000–$131,000, depending on qualifications, relevant experience, skills, and work location.
  • Potential eligibility for discretionary performance-based bonuses.
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage, including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) options.
  • Life and disability insurance coverage.
  • Access to professional coaching and therapy services.
  • Equity opportunities through discretionary restricted stock units (RSUs).
  • Competitive paid time off, including vacation days, sick leave, and company holidays.
  • Paid parental leave to support employees and their families.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with up to 3% employer matching.
  • Monthly technology allowance.
  • Employee wellness initiatives, activities, and well-being perks.
  • Regular team celebrations, community events, and employee appreciation initiatives.
  • A collaborative and supportive remote working environment focused on professional development, innovation, and employee well-being.
