Responsibilities : Provide end-to-end governance oversight of the Advisory process to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, risk standards, and governance obligations, including reporting to relevant management and governance forums. Establish and oversee a robust Advisory control framework, ensuring clear FAA Advisory processes, effective controls, consequence management, and a strong risk and control culture. Drive the transformation and simplification of Advisory processes through digitalisation and automation, adopting a customer-centric approach while maintaining strong governance and control standards. Partner with business, product, technology, design, compliance, and risk stakeholders to redesign Advisory journeys and processes, enhancing both client and employee experiences across segments and products. Develop, implement, and continuously enhance governance frameworks, ensuring governance decisions and control requirements are effectively communicated and embedded across the organisation. Collaborate closely with complaints, surveillance and product teams to translate case learnings and risk insights into stronger controls, enhanced governance practices, and continuous improvements to the risk and control environment.
