En el Clúster Andino tenemos una gran oportunidad dentro de nuestra unidad de Oncología, con base en Cali, Colombia, para el rol de Representante de Ventas Oncología. En este rol serás responsable de liderar la promoción y posicionamiento del portafolio de Oncología en el territorio asignado, gestionando estratégicamente el panel médico, identificando oportunidades de crecimiento y asegurando la ejecución efectiva de la estrategia comercial y de acceso, de acuerdo con las políticas y lineamientos de AstraZeneca y con foco en el cumplimiento de los objetivos de negocio. Principales responsabilidades Implementar la estrategia comercial y de acceso para el portafolio de Oncología en Cali y el territorio asignado. Desarrollar y fortalecer relaciones de valor con especialistas, líderes de opinión y demás actores relevantes del ecosistema de salud. Gestionar estratégicamente el panel médico y priorizar recursos y actividades de acuerdo con la estrategia definida. Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y desarrollar planes de acción que contribuyan al desarrollo sostenible del negocio. Analizar información de mercado, tendencias y dinámicas competitivas para identificar oportunidades y establecer acciones efectivas. Mantener un sólido conocimiento técnico-científico del portafolio y comunicar información de manera efectiva, de acuerdo con las indicaciones aprobadas. Trabajar de manera colaborativa con equipos multifuncionales para garantizar una ejecución alineada con la estrategia y orientada al paciente. Realizar seguimiento a los indicadores de desempeño y establecer acciones correctivas cuando sea necesario. Competencias clave Orientación al cliente y al paciente.
