This makes us Europe’s largest end-to-end CDMO, offering a total of 20 x 20,000L bioreactors for drug substance production complemented by comprehensive drug product and finished goods services. This is an excellent opportunity to join our company at a pivotal time of growth and be part of an exciting journey – and all while only working 7 days during a 14-day period.     Tasks   In the position as operator (Manufacturing Associate), you will for instance be able to work on some of the following tasks:   - Execution and revision of cGMP documents. - Handling and completion of batch documentation. - In-process sampling and analytical measurements.  - Execution of validation protocols.  - Mixing of solutions to support Upstream and Downstream operations.  - CiP/SiP of equipment. - Training new colleagues. - Reporting deviations. - Possibility of being a part of different projects such as process optimization, red lining SOPs, 5S and continuous improvements. Qualifications   We expect from you that:   - You're the type who double-checks the details and makes sure things don't slip through the cracks.  - You don't wait to be asked, but step in when something needs to be done. - You explain things clearly, keep people in the loop, and you are quick to pick up new digital tools.  - People trust you to do what you say and handle things the right way.  - You show up with focus and give it your all - even on the routine stuff.  - You are enthusiastic about working under GMP and you enjoy working with math and IT tools.  - You have flair for understanding process flows. - You can read and understand work instructions in English.  - Experience with working night shifts is a plus.  Preferably, you are experienced in pharmaceutical production or regulated industries OR you are a Life Science Graduate ready to start your career in production.
