Assist program staff and management with the administration of various economic recovery grant programs. Job Duties: Review project progress reports and forms from grant recipients. Review financial documents to track grant funding and interest. Review expenditure documentation to ensure expenses are reasonable and allowable per program, agreement and approved project budget. Ensure documentation is adequate and properly entered in grant management system. Prepare program reports and compile data as requested by agency management. Draft, edit and save program materials and documents as directed. Identify instances of recipient non-completion of project deliverables or ineligible expenditures. Conduct occasional site visits to monitor progress. Other duties within the scope of classification as assigned. Requirements / Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline related to the work assigned. Experience may substitute for education on a year for year basis. Preferred Qualifications: 2-3 years experience reviewing business financial documents (bank statements, tax returns, general ledgers, invoices, receipts) or financial audit experience, proficient using MS Office products (i.e. Excel, Outlook, Teams); minimum 1 year experience in interpreting federal, state or local guidelines to evaluate program compliance and determine expense eligibility. Other: Regular and Reliable attendance is required. Must have a valid driver’s license or the ability to provide authorized independent transportation.
