Start Your Career in Customer Service, Supply Chain & Technology
DOGA USA is looking for an Entry-Level Customer Service Agent who is organized, curious, comfortable with technology, and interested in digitalization and automation.
This is more than a traditional customer service role. You’ll learn how customer orders move through a manufacturing company while gaining hands-on experience with SAP, customer portals, logistics, data management, order processing, and process improvement.
What You'll Do
Communicate with customers and respond to requests.
Enter and maintain customer orders in SAP.
Review purchase orders, forecasts, schedules, and customer data.
Track orders, delivery changes, shortages, and potential risks.
Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, Shipping, Warehouse, and Production.
Research issues and follow them through resolution.
Help identify opportunities to digitize, simplify, and automate manual processes.
Explore better ways to use technology to improve Customer Service and Logistics.

Pay & Benefits
$22.00-$27.00/hour, based on experience, qualifications, and technical skills.
