Media Preparation and Sterilization Activity Identification and confirmation of foodborne and environmental pathogens using standard biochemical methods Proper handling, subculturing, and storage of reference and working cultures Documentation and traceability of culture records Performance of Growth Promotion Tests as per Standard methods.
