Auxiliar Administrativo/a de Distribución En ALS Aquimisa buscamos incorporar un/a Administrativo/a de Distribución para apoyar la gestión de muestras de gran distribución y la coordinación diaria con clientes y equipos internos. ¿Qué harás? Recibir, identificar y registrar muestras, asegurando su correcta trazabilidad. Preparar albaranes y cumplimentar la información necesaria para el registro y prerregistro de muestras. Coordinar las llegadas y recogidas de muestras con recepción, técnicos y clientes. Gestionar las muestras testigo: identificación, registro, seguimiento y retirada conforme a los procedimientos establecidos. Atender el correo del departamento, dar soporte administrativo a clientes y realizar el seguimiento de incidencias o reclamaciones de muestras. Colaborar en la descarga, traslado y organización de muestras y neveras, manteniendo ordenadas las zonas de trabajo. ¿Qué buscamos? FP de Superior en Administración, Logística, Secretariado, Laboratorio o similar. Experiencia en tareas administrativas, logística, recepción de mercancías o atención al cliente. Manejo habitual de Excel, Outlook y herramientas de registro. Organización, atención al detalle, capacidad de seguimiento y facilidad para trabajar en equipo. Valoraremos la experiencia en laboratorios o en gestión y trazabilidad de muestras, así como el uso de sistemas LIMS o ERP. ¿Qué ofrecemos? Contrato temporal inicial de 3 meses, con posibilidad de prórroga por otros 3 meses y posterior incorporación indefinida, según desempeño y necesidades organizativas. Convenio colectivo: Oficinas y Despachos de Salamanca (2026). Grupo de cotización: 7. Salario bruto anual: 19.472,96 €, con pagas extraordinarias prorrateadas. Jornada completa, con el siguiente horario: De lunes a jueves, de 9:00 a 18:15 h, con flexibilidad de entrada entre las 8:30 y las 9:30 h y una hora para comer.
