S'inscrivant pleinement dans les principes de la Chimie Verte, les enzymes permettent d'ouvrir la voie au développement de modificateurs de rhéologie originaux et adaptés à la cosmétique, un secteur stratégique pour Seppic. L'innovation passe par l'identification d'enzymes chez des fournisseurs ou partenaires puis par la mise au point de méthodes biochimiques pour déterminer si elles répondent à notre besoin final et définir leurs conditions optimales de fonctionnement. Au cours de votre stage, les principales missions qui vous seront confiées sont les suivantes : Participer à la consolidation d'une bibliographie déjà initiée. Prendre en main les différentes méthodes de synthèse au sein de la thématique "Catalyse enzymatique" (screening, bioréacteurs, analyses, purifications), les adapter au contexte confié et proposer des plans d'expériences ciblés. Développer de nouvelles méthodes d'analyses biochimiques plus efficaces (en s'appuyant par exemple sur des outils d'intelligence artificielle) et travailler en lien étroit avec les services de caractérisations analytiques et physico-chimiques. Profil et Compétences Niveau d’études souhaité: Bac +4 / Bac +5 / Cursus ingénieur (Chimie organique, Biotechnologies ou Catalyse enzymatique) Niveau en français: Langue de travail / Courant Niveau en anglais: Anglais technique / Courant Pour ce stage, les qualités/compétences attendues sont les suivantes : Connaissances théoriques et pratiques en Biocatalyse et en Chimie organique, montage de réacteurs biochimiques, caractérisation des activités enzymatiques et suivi des réactions (UV, fluorescence, CCM, HPLC, GC, RMN, LC-MS). Intérêt pour le travail expérimental et collaboratif, sensibilité à la sécurité (HSE), rédaction de rapports et présentations orales. Curiosité, motivation, rigueur et autonomie pour contribuer activement aux projets de recherche.
