Operational & Technical Leadership: Oversee daily plant operations, technical support, and shutdown maintenance for nitrogen generators and auxiliary systems to guarantee uninterrupted product supply. Efficiency & Energy Optimization: Drive site optimization programs, analyze operational data, and manage end-to-end liquid production, scheduling, and energy efficiency. Safety & Regulatory Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety rules, legal regulations, and IMS standards, while actively serving on the Emergency Response Team (ERT). Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Plan and execute preventive maintenance, analyzer calibrations, and emergency troubleshooting for planned and unplanned plant shutdowns. Customer & Stakeholder Management: Manage daily customer expectations, supply reliability, consumption reporting, and inventory tracking to prevent service disruptions. Are you a MATCH? Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering is required. 5+ years of experience in industrial process operations or production; experience in a related field is an advantage. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and collaborate with internal stakeholders. Solid understanding of operational functions, technologies, and equipment used within the company.
