Perform GL mapping, journal postings, reconciliations, and financial reporting activities. Assist in the preparation, validation, and reconciliation of data for regulatory reports. Prepare supporting schedules, working papers, and audit documentation. Monitor data quality issues, reconciliation breaks, reporting gaps, and project action items. Maintain project-related process, control, and procedural documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver project objectives and milestones. Oversee end-to-end AP and AR processes, including invoice processing, payment execution, customer billing, receipt application Ensure transactions are processed accurately and in compliance with accounting standards, tax requirements, and internal policies. Knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements is an advantage. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and Word. Strong attention to detail and affinity for working with numbers. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform under pressure. A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills. Willingness to learn, with on-the-job training provided. Manager-level positions are intended for experienced candidates.
