Provide sales team and the Integrated Solutions department with specific client information / trends that can help them to keep programs profitable and retained with FIRST Insurance Funding. Provides sales and onboarding support (Proposal creation, attending client meetings, tracking progress in Salesforce, set up in FIRST InSite, Seismic) as well as support and communication to other internal department colleagues as needed. Maintains assignment rules in the Emailgistics system to auto-route client inquiries to the Client Success team. Builds and maintains reporting metrics. Conducts FIRST InSite quoting, e-Complete, and various product training and demos. Utilizes critical thinking to assist in troubleshooting in the following areas; FIRST InSite, SalesForce, Siesmic, PowerBI, and other company used software.
