For people who are passionate about retail, brands and the ever-evolving world of lifestyle, Minor Lifestyle offers a stimulating environment where trends meet commerce and where the business is genuinely committed to staying ahead of both. • Pre-screen candidate resumes, schedule interviews, and maintain updated candidate records in the Recruitment Tracker. • Participate in on-site store visits and job fairs to support recruitment efforts and recruitment-related activities. • Support the TA team in monitoring headcount, staffing needs, and turnover data across branches and departments. • Assist in organizing onboarding programs and internal employee engagement activities. • Create internal communication materials and aggregate employee feedback to enhance workplace experience.
