Position Responsibilities Serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders and HR teams across Uline's North American operations, aligning workforce planning and talent strategies with business objectives. Advise and support HR managers across 15 locations, sharing expertise and strengthening company initiatives. Lead recruiting, workforce planning, succession planning and leadership development initiatives to build strong talent pipelines and support growth, including new location launches. Assess workforce trends and business insights to optimize HR processes across the network, identifying opportunities and implementing scalable solutions that enhance performance. Guide complex employee relations matters, workplace investigations and labor relations issues while balancing employee experience and business objectives. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field. PHR certification preferred. 15+ years of HR and recruiting experience, with 5+ years in a management role. Proven success leading high-growth recruitment initiatives in a multi-site, shift environment. Proficient with HRIS; Workday experience a plus. Working knowledge of employment laws and practices in the U.S., Canada and Mexico. Available for travel to Uline's North American locations.
