Proficiency in project management methods, tools, and techniques, complemented by a working knowledge of Microsoft platform technologies and In-depth expertise in Microsoft Project and DevOps, enabling precise project tracking and control. Good knowledge of Earned Value reporting to ensure project financial performance. Results-oriented mindset, with a self-directed ability to thrive in an unstructured environment and drive positive change. Customer-oriented attitude and outstanding interpersonal skills, along with strong people management abilities to lead and mentor team members. While not required, having a Project Management Institute (PMI) PMP certification and a Bachelor's degree in a business or technology-related field will be advantageous.
