As a Patient Scheduler, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, guiding them through every step of their visit—from scheduling their appointment to checking them in and ensuring their visit goes smoothly. What You Need to Bring: Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: At least one year of customer service experience, where you’ve honed your ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Communication Skills: You’ve got excellent verbal communication skills, and you’re also great with written communication—whether it’s talking to patients or exchanging information with other staff. Tech-Savvy: You’re proficient with computer hardware and software and can easily navigate patient management systems. Detail-Oriented: You’ll be the expert in maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring all information is verified correctly.
