ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Refine and implement SIOP process. Design, develop, and implement integrated supply chain and logistics solutions that optimize quality, efficiency on-time delivery, and cost. Develop and implement inventory management systems and logistics strategies ensuring on-time deliveries meeting customer requirements, optimum inventory levels, and lower carrying costs and transportation charges. Monitor and report on emerging industry trends; current issues and share insights with leadership. Develop supplier partnership processes that build relationships with our supplier partners through mutual accountability delivering customer value. Lead the development of annual budgets across all areas of supply chain and logistics, while holding self and team accountable for delivering year on year improvements. Lead and develop the Americas Supply Chain team including coaching and development. Ensure supply chain processes meet international legal requirements and standards.
