Escalate potential outages or abnormal situations swiftly using a proactive approach. Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, sharing actionable insights on best practices and resource utilization. Required Skills and Experience In-depth knowledge of Windows and Linux Operating Systems. Experience or technical knowledge of Batch Operations. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Preferred Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related fields.
