Key Responsibilities: Propósito del puesto Implementar y dar seguimiento a las acciones del proyecto WASH en campo, coordinando con comunidades, gobiernos locales, socios estratégicos y equipos técnicos para promover el acceso sostenible a servicios de agua potable, saneamiento e higiene, contribuyendo al bienestar de la niñez, sus familias y las comunidades. Requisitos Profesional universitario en Ingeniería Civil. Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en proyectos de desarrollo rural, agua, saneamiento e higiene (WASH). Experiencia en organización y fortalecimiento de Juntas Administradoras de Agua (JAA) y estructuras comunitarias. Experiencia en implementación y supervisión de proyectos de agua potable y saneamiento. Experiencia en coordinación con municipalidades, mancomunidades, instituciones gubernamentales y organizaciones comunitarias. Conocimiento de metodologías participativas y capacitación comunitaria. Manejo de herramientas informáticas (Microsoft Office). Licencia de conducir vigente y experiencia conduciendo motocicleta. Otros requisitos deseables Experiencia en diagnósticos de infraestructura WASH y niveles de servicio. Experiencia en perforación de pozos, sistemas de agua por gravedad y protección de microcuencas. Manejo de herramientas de levantamiento de información y mapeo (GPS, mWater u otras similares). Experiencia en elaboración de informes técnicos, monitoreo de proyectos y rendición de cuentas. Disponibilidad para trabajo de campo y desplazamiento frecuente a comunidades rurales. Habilidad para facilitar procesos de capacitación, fortalecimiento comunitario e incidencia local. Ubicación Trabajo de campo con movilización frecuente a comunidades del área de influencia del proyecto.
