Support intake and triage workflows for team requests, ensuring proper documentation, categorization, and routing. Operational & Administrative Enablement Schedule and coordinate cross-functional global syncs, capturing meeting minutes, key takeaways, and action item follow-ups. Assist with change management and user adoption efforts for internal tools, systems, and platforms (e.g., coordinating training sessions, managing invite lists, and gathering user feedback). Executive Presentation & Reporting Assistance Partner with the Sr. Manager to draft, format, and polish slide decks, one-pagers, and visual resources for executive presentations and cross-departmental reviews. Gather, clean, and organize qualitative and quantitative data from internal teams and operational systems to support reporting and analysis. Serve as a reliable, responsive point of contact for internal stakeholders across regions and departments. About you: Experience: 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, business operations, administrative support, or a related role (music or entertainment industry experience is a plus). Highly detail-oriented and structured, with a proven ability to manage multiple competing tasks, timelines, and priorities without missing a beat. Clear, professional, and confident written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with stakeholders at various levels. Proficiency with modern collaboration and project management platforms (e.g., Airtable, Monday.com) in addition to Google Suite. Familiarity with or curiosity about leveraging modern AI productivity tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude) to streamline everyday workflows. Mindset & Approach: Proactive problem-solver who thrives in dynamic, evolving environments and comfortably brings order to ambiguity. Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential strategic information. Location: New York, NY (Hybrid) (or Los Angeles, CA) We’d love it if you also had: Ability to design high-quality decks and visual materials using presentation platforms, such as Canva or Google Slides.
