Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of all service restaurants within the hotel
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by consistently delivering exceptional service
- Maintain and implement standard operating procedures to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations
- Oversee staffing requirements, including training and performance management
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure high-quality food and beverage offerings
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and effective manner
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a managerial role in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Fluency in English, knowledge of additional languages will be considered as an asset
