Responsibilities
- Welcome guests upon arrival and provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local area attractions.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel services and promotions to effectively assist guests.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by working collaboratively with colleagues and other departments.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a guest-facing role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages, especially German or French, are a plus.
