This role helps prepare financial reports, analyze business performance, maintain datasets, and support strategic planning activities. This internship is located in DigiKey’s corporate headquarters in Thief River Falls, MN and will require regular onsite attendance. Local housing is provided for interns. Responsibilities: Manage special projects assigned assisting FP&A in current processes opportunities. Assisting FP&A team in preparing for annual planning and budgeting. Conduct variance analysis with actuals against forecasted projections and provide key insights. Be willing to take the initiative, working independently and collaboratively Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Interest in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business analytics. Tools/Systems/Software Full Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams and Outlook Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other reporting tools is a plus but not required. For undergraduate applicants, the base pay range is $21.00 to $23.00.
