Job Description: Responsibilities Support the administration of the firm's compensation programs, including annual and mid-year compensation review processes. Maintain compensation, job, and organizational data within HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Participate in compensation surveys, conduct market pricing and compensation analyses, and evaluate internal and external compensation trends. Assist with job evaluations, salary benchmarking, and the maintenance of salary structures and job classifications. Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to provide compensation reporting, market data, and analytical support. Support pay transparency, pay equity, and regulatory compliance initiatives through reporting, audits, and documentation. Prepare compensation reports, dashboards, and analyses to support business and Total Rewards decision-making. Identify opportunities to improve compensation processes, documentation, and data quality. Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; emphasis in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred. Minimum of 1 years of related experience required; experience in a professional services environment preferred. Working knowledge of compensation and rewards principles and analytics required. Experience with Workday Advanced Compensation Module preferred. Able to handle confidential material in a reliable manner. Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills. Demonstrate initiative and ability to work independently. Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Professional presence with the ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels. Ability to travel as needed, approximately 5%.
