We are seeking a Quality Intelligence Engineer to transform manufacturing, quality, customer, and post-market data into actionable insights that strengthen product quality, patient safety, and Quality Management System effectiveness at our Facility in Huntington, WV. Specifics include: Analyze quality, manufacturing, complaint, and customer data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Develop dashboards, metrics, and data visualizations to support decision-making. Apply statistical analysis and advanced analytics to uncover insights and enable proactive quality management. Partner with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Regulatory, and Data Science teams to solve complex business challenges. Support the development of predictive and AI-driven quality solutions. Responsible for Quality Data Governance strategy. Be the site liaison for complaints with Regional Quality and Commercial.
