About the role
You’ll turn what Enlighten’s team knows into original content that brings the right buyers to us. Based in Raleigh, you’ll publish across our channels, take part in the communities we care about, and test what starts qualified conversations.
What you'll do
- Interview teammates and turn their work into useful articles, social posts, newsletters, and short videos.
- Publish and distribute original work through Enlighten’s website, LinkedIn, X, and other channels where our buyers spend time.
- Show up regularly in relevant communities. Answer questions, share useful examples, and bring back recurring topics worth covering.
- Run small experiments with topics, formats, and calls to action. Track which pieces generate qualified inbound leads, and give SDRs the context to follow up.
- Edit interviews and demos into platform-ready videos yourself. Run multiple AI agents in parallel every day for transcription, clip selection, caption drafts, and repurposing. Build reusable workflows for the steps you repeat, then review the final cut for accuracy, pacing, and the speaker’s voice before publishing.
What you bring
- Examples of original content you’ve personally published and distributed, with evidence of audience response or inbound interest.
- Clear writing, curiosity about technical subjects, and the ability to interview experts and explain what you learn in plain language.
- Experience participating in professional communities and using audience feedback to decide what to make next.
- Hands-on experience with modern video editing tools and multiple AI agents. Bring clips you cut yourself and an example of a workflow you built to automate part of production while keeping the original voice intact.
- Comfort with basic conversion measurement, strong judgment about what to publish, and the initiative to ship without a detailed brief.
- You work independently. You can take an unclear goal, decide what to do first, find what you need, and carry the work through to a result. You bring people in early when a decision, risk, or dependency needs their input.
How we work
AI agents are core to how we get work done. You'll spend a substantial part of your day running multiple agents in parallel, building tools and workflows with them, and checking what they produce. You own the result. Verify the facts, calculations, code, and claims before they go into a decision, a customer conversation, or a release.

- You publish useful original work on a consistent schedule and take part in relevant community conversations.
- You can show which posts and experiments started conversations with the right buyers.
- You give sales useful context on the inbound interest you help generate.
